This meetup is for pilots interested in flying new class of Light Sports aircrafts (LSAs). As a community of pilots, we aim to increase awareness and interest in LSAs, and foster shared ownership at low cost through formation of fractionals, partnerships and flying clubs in the region. Formed in 1957, this year marks the 55th anniversary of the Mid-Atlantic Pilots Association, a non-profit flying organization dedicated to air safety, aviation education and flying comaraderie. All levels of pilots, student pilots and aviation enthusiasts are invited to join. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month. Meeting price is generally $23 per person for members and $28 for non members and includes dinner. Dinner is served at 7:00 PM. Members and non-members are welcomed.
